Locates the most current address for your subject. You will need one or more of these: a Social Security Number, a Date of Birth or a Verified Prior Address.
Tenant Checks: $45
We search for Judgments, Criminal Records and Sex Offender Registry. This search requires a signed authorization form from the tenant including a Social Security Number.
Expedited service (same day service - 24 hours) there is a 50% surcharge.

This report returns the subjects Social Security Number and locates the most current address for your subject. You will need a Name, Verified Prior Address and / or Date of Birth.
Credit Header - Which May Contain Bank and Employment Information: $40
This report returns Social Security Number, last Known Address, and may contain the last known Bank and Employment information.
Maryland Motor Vehicle Information: $50
This search is done through the Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration (MVA) and is Maryland ONLY. The results are the registered name, address, and insurance information. This search requires a license plate number or a name and date of birth.
